How to Register?
Complete the Registration Form
Fill in all mandatory fields with accurate and updated information. Your details will be used for administration, communication, badge printing, certification, and accommodation (if applicable).

Choose the appropriate registration category and proceed with the listed fee.
Custom Pay Option (If Applicable)
If you have received a special approved fee:
- Do not select any category
- Enter the amount manually in the Custom Pay box
- Click Submit & Pay
Important
If no category is selected and no amount is entered, the payable amount will remain zero and your registration will not be processed.
Secure Payment & Confirmation
You will be redirected to a secure payment page. Your registration is confirmed only after successful payment. A confirmation email and official receipt will be issued thereafter.
Please review all information carefully before submitting your registration. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the selected category and payment amount are correct at the time of submission. Any errors in category selection or payment amount may delay confirmation. If you experience any technical issues during the registration process, please contact the conference secretariat immediately for assistance.

Registration Cancellation Terms
- All registration fees are payable in full at the time of booking.
- By completing payment, the Participant enters into a legally binding contract with the Organiser for attendance at a scheduled conference event on fixed dates.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the official conference email address published on the website.
- The effective cancellation date shall be the date written notice is received by the Organiser.
- Refund eligibility is strictly calculated based on the official published start date of the conference.
- If cancellation is made more than six (6) months prior to the conference start date:
- 20% of the total registration fee will be retained as non-recoverable administrative, planning, marketing, and contractual commitment costs.
- 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- If cancellation is made between six (6) months and three (3) months prior to the conference start date:
- 50% of the total registration fee will be retained.
- 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- If cancellation is made within three (3) months of the conference start date:
The registration becomes strictly non-refundable. - No refunds, credits, set-offs, or fee adjustments will be issued under any circumstances.
- The above cancellation structure reflects genuine pre-estimated losses, including but not limited to venue deposits, supplier contracts, speaker agreements, staffing, marketing expenditure, and operational commitments.
- Failure to attend the conference (no-show) shall not entitle the Participant to any refund, credit, transfer, or compensation.
- Visa refusals, travel disruptions, medical issues, personal emergencies, employer decisions, or force majeure affecting the Participant do not override this cancellation policy.
- Participants are strongly advised to obtain adequate travel and event insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
- Any refund approved under these terms will be processed using the original method of payment, less any non-recoverable payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, banking charges, or transaction costs incurred by the Organiser.
- The Organiser reserves the right to reject any cancellation request that does not comply strictly with these terms.
